Barista / All-Rounder — West End, Brisbane

ALL DAY is a breakfast and brunch café in the heart of West End — close to the farmers markets, the river, and a loyal local community that genuinely loves where they eat. We run Seven Miles coffee, a menu built around house-made dishes and locally sourced produce, and a team that takes real pride in what they do. A good shift here feels like a good shift — busy, fun, and finished by 3.30pm.

The Role

Casual position available, with hours ranging from 15-25 per week. This is a genuine all-rounder role in a small team — you'll work the machine, the floor, and the register, and you'll be trusted to hold things down independently when needed.

Weekend availability is essential.

You bring:

- Minimum 1 year of barista experience

- A warm, naturally personable manner — you remember faces,



make conversation, and make people feel like regulars
n
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and switched on during a busy service
n
- A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

The Team

You'll report directly to the owner, who comes from a solid hospitality background and runs a tight but genuinely supportive ship. Scheduling, communication, and team development are taken seriously here. The atmosphere is easy-going and professional — no ego, just good work.
