The Opportunity

n

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team at Oolong Hostel in our Riverina Murray Region.A great prospect exists, with availability required on weekends, for someone to perform cooking and kitchen duties.

n

We are seeking people to provide a high standard of quality care to facility residents, by providing and maintaining a high standard of cooking and food service within the facility.

n

What you will bring to the role:

n

n
- Experienced in planning, preparation and cooking fresh meals
n
- Experience in table service and clearing duties
n
- Experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen and or bulk food preparation – desirable
n
- Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
n
- Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
n
- Experience in Aged Care desirable
n
- Team player who is highly motivated
n
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
n
