Due to continued business growth, Aus Railway Services have an exciting prospect for an experienced Supply Chain / Purchasing Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Arndell Park office.

n

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations. We are seeking a proactive, motivated and organised individual who is committed to delivering outstanding results and contributing to the ongoing success of our business.

n

Position duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to

n

n
- Raise and release of purchase orders
n
- Obtain order confirmations, monitor,



expedite and follow up purchase orders/urgent orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
n
- Communicate updates to the business.
n
- Organise shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
n
- Request quotations from relevant suppliers upon request
n
- Project and tender support as required
n
- General admin and office duties
n

38hour week with flexible hours to suit your needs
