About the Opportunity

n

Pilgrim has an exciting opportunity for aConcession Store Manager, located within Myer Chatswood. Reporting to the NSW Multi-Site Manager,



your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the store and manage staff rosters.

n

This is afull-timeposition, 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional flexibility. As manager, you will supervise one casual staff member daily.

n

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

n

Providing excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.

n

Optimising store performance by delivering strong sales results

n

Managing and developing staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results

n

Delivering a high standard of personal, store, and stock visual presentation.

n

Conducting stocktakes, accepting and unpacking stock, cash and EFTPOS transactions.

n

Providing feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim's performance.

n

As we operate under the Myer umbrella, there will be no banking responsibilities.

More About You

n

As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in retail management, preferably in fashion retail. We are looking for a confident and proactive leader who brings passion, engagement, integrity and a positive attitude each and every day.

n

Previous experience working in or managing a concessional is an advantage.

n





The following skills and experience will be strong assets:

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n

Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train and develop a team

n

Proven success in fashion retail

n

Strong operations and administration ability

n

Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must

n

Solid understanding of styling for all body shapes.

n

Passion for customer care and providing a high level of service

n
