Role: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

n

Location: Sydney, NSW

n

Must have full working rights. No sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the overall solution design and architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
n
- Define the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
n
- Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
n
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
n
- Guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customisation, and integration.
n
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.
n
- Engage with Microsoft and other third-party vendors as needed for platform support and solution alignment.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
n
- Deep understanding of MSCRM modules
n
- Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure,



Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
n
- Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows.
n
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
n
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
