Job Description

McCall is seeking a Facilities & Property Manager to take operational ownership of our diverse property portfolio and keep environments protected, compliant and running smoothly. You will oversee SIL, SDA, Shine Sheds, Day Programs, the Community Hub, offices and service locations, with a focus on safety, accessibility and practical maintenance.

We value 6–8+ years in facilities or property management, leadership experience, and the ability to travel across sites.
