We are excited to be recruiting an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as we prepare to reopen our beautifully renovated Innes Park Early Learning Centre.

About the Role
n
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
n
Develop, implement and evaluate a high-quality educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
n
Create engaging learning environments that support children's individual strengths, interests and developmental needs.
n
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
Document children's learning and development in meaningful and purposeful ways.
n
Lead reflective practice and contribute to continuous improvement.
n
Work collaboratively with the leadership team and educators to provide exceptional education and care.
n
Promote children's rights, wellbeing and inclusion in all aspects of the program.
n
About You
n
You are a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to providing high-quality education and care.
n
You will have:
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
n
A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
n
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
n
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification.
n
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
Current Child Protection Training.
n
Foundation of Child Safety Training.
n
Food Safety/Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
Professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
n
Availability to work Monday to Friday.
