About us

Cosmetic Avenue is a premium medical aesthetics and laser clinic in Malvern, known for our injectables, advanced laser treatments (PicoSure, Excel V+, Pastelle) and a growing B2B bridal partnership program. We're looking for a driven, personable all-rounder to be the commercial face of our clinic.

The role

n

n
- Work an outbound call list daily to convert enquiries and win new bookings
n
- Build and grow relationships with makeup artists, hair stylists and bridal planners to drive our B2B bridal package sales
n
- Own front-of-house reception - greeting clients, managing bookings, and delivering great client service
n
- Represent Cosmetic Avenue with confidence and basic industry knowledge across our treatment menu

What we're looking for

- Proven background in high-volume outbound/cold-call sales, with a track record of hitting targets
n
- Confident, consultative sales style - you can sell without being pushy
n
- Reception or front-of-house customer service experience
n
- A natural relationship-builder - comfortable reaching out to industry contacts like MUAs and bridal planners
n
- Well presented, well organised, and genuinely interested in the cosmetic/aesthetics industry
