About the Role

Permanent Part-Time Roster

n

This position offers a consistent permanent part-time roster of approximately 35 hours per week, comprising the following shifts:

n

Monday to Friday 1330 - 2130

n

Saturday 1000 - 2130

n

Sunday 1100 - 2130

n

Additional shifts may be available to cover annual leave, sick leave and operational requirements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Patrol and monitor client premises to identify and prevent potential security risks.
n
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents and emergency situations.
n
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the site remains safe, secure and well maintained.
n
- Complete accurate incident reports, logbooks and other required documentation.
n




- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
n
- Work collaboratively with the broader security team and client representatives to ensure effective site operations.
n
- Follow all site procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in the security industry, ideally within commercial, retail or corporate environments.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- The ability to remain calm, professional and make sound decisions under pressure.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate report-writing skills.
n
- A current NSW Security Licence
n
- A current First Aid Certificate
n
- A robust commitment to customer service, professionalism and teamwork.
