Job Description

The Jaybro Group in Australia is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. You will manage inbound enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and nurture existing accounts while delivering excellent service and building solid customer relationships.

You will grow sales through follow-up and promotions, coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfilment, and provide product advice.
