Our client is a growing national commercial builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex fit-out, refurbishment and adaptive re-use projects across a broad range of sectors. n
With more than 50 employees nationally and approximately 40 based in Sydney, they've grown through long-term client relationships, collaborative project delivery and a genuine commitment to quality rather than volume.
n
Their portfolio spans workplace, hospitality, retail, education, government, industrial, hotel and residential sectors, with projects typically ranging from $2 million to $25 million.
n
Current projects include luxury residential developments, heritage restorations, complex refurbishments and adaptive re-use projects, providing excellent exposure to technically interesting work across a diverse range of sectors.

The business is also committed to continually improving the way construction is delivered, investing in sustainability, innovation and creating an inclusive workplace.
They're proud to be working towards a 50/50 gender balance across the business.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting into the Pre-Construction team, you'll take ownership of coordinating high-quality tender submissions from start to finish.
n
This isn't simply an administrative coordination role. You'll become a trusted member of the team, working closely with Estimators, Project Managers and senior leaders to develop compelling submissions that showcase the capability of the business.
n
The current Bid Coordinator is progressing internally into a Contract Administrator role, providing an excellent opportunity for a structured handover and ongoing support as you settle into the position.
n
You'll also have the opportunity to continually improve the submissions process, enhance tender templates and help build a best-practice bid library that supports the continued growth of the business.
n

n
- Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions across multiple projects.
n
- Prepare, write and tailor submission content for individual opportunities.

n
- Bring a creative eye to layout, graphics and overall presentation.
n
- Coordinate submission deadlines and ensure tenders are delivered accurately and on time.
n
- Contribute ideas to continually improve the bids and submissions process.
n
