The Role

n

Reporting To The Group IT Manager, You Will Strengthen Ramelius' Business Intelligence, Reporting And Analytics Capability By Delivering Scalable Reporting Solutions That Improve Data Quality,



Governance And Decision-making Across Finance, Operations And Health & Safety, Including

n

n
- Develop, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence solutions, dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights
n
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions
n
- Design and maintain data models, pipelines and integrations between core business systems (ERP, EPM and operational systems) and BI platforms
n
- Manage data quality, governance and reporting standards to ensure reliable, consistent business reporting
n
- Promote data literacy, self-service analytics and continuous improvement across the organisation
n
- Evaluate and implement improvements to reporting processes, Business Intelligence tools and analytics capability
n

About You

n

We're Looking For Someone Who Brings

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering Business Intelligence, reporting and analytics solutions within complex business environments
n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Services, Fabric, and data integration, with experience developing scalable solutions
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, data-driven outcomes
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline
