Your new role

n

Lead of the Oracle Fusion Implementation ensuring alignment to scope, timelines and quality outcomes.

- Key relationship lead with Chief Financial Officer
n
- Manage a team of finance SME's and project staff
n
- Define and drive future-state business processes, including requirements, design decisions, and standard vs customization trade-offs
n
- Oversee functional design, configuration, and testing, including validating solutions against business requirements and scenarios
n
- Manage cross functional dependencies in conjunction with other project leads
n
- Drive business readiness and adoption, supporting UAT, change impacts and transition to BAU
n
- Act as primary escalation point resolving design,



process or stakeholder conflicts within the domain

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- Prior experience delivering implementation of Oracle Fusion or transitions from Oracle EBS to Fusion
n
- Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the preparation and provision of clear, concise and practical functional advice, recommendations and solutions through effective engagement with business stakeholders.
n
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP functional design and implementation, including requirements definition, process design, testing and deployment within large, complex environments.
n
- Experience in leading, mentoring and coordinating functional teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
- Demonstrated experience in working with implementation partners and managing functional deliverables, governance processes and adherence to agreed standards and frameworks.
