Job Description

Wellways is seeking a Recovery Worker to provide person‐led psychosocial support under the NSW CLS program. You will walk with participants to identify goals, offer hands‐on, strengths‐based assistance, and help build confidence and self‐management.

Working in an integrated team, you will maintain documentation, collaborate with partners, and travel regionally to meet participant needs. This role offers salary packaging and leave loading perks.
