Verified is a patient acquisition company working with quality dental clinics across Australia. We run the advertising, generate the enquiries, and deliver verified, ready-to-attend patients to our partner clinics; people looking to restore their smile and their confidence with dental implants.

You'll be the first voice they hear. Your job is to call them fast, have a genuine conversation, answer their initial questions, and book them into a consultation with one of our partner clinics.

It's meaningful work. Many of the people you'll speak with have put off fixing their teeth for years. You're the first step in changing that.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

- Call warm, inbound leads; people who have just enquired online about dental enquiries
n
- Respond to new leads fast (within 5 minutes; speed matters, and we've built the systems to make it easy)
n
- Have real conversations: listen first,



understand their situation, then guide them to the next step
n
- Qualify each enquiry and book consultations into clinic calendars
n
- Follow a structured call framework and follow-up cadence (full training provided; you don't need dental knowledge to start)
n
- Work your pipeline in our CRM: callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations
n
- Work from our Brisbane office alongside the team
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Proven phone experience; appointment setting, call centre, telesales, BDM or similar
n
- Demonstrated above-average performance in your previous role
n
- A people person who builds rapport quickly; warmth and a bit of banter go a long way
n
- Comfortable with volume: consistent daily call activity and disciplined follow-up
n
- Understands pipelines, follow-up and CRMs (we use GoHighLevel; experience is a bonus, not essential)
n
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated by clear targets
n

THE MONEY

n

Base + uncapped commission. Realistic total earnings of $80K–$110K for consistent performers; more for top performers. These numbers are real, and in our first chat we'll break down exactly how they're achieved.
