About the role:

Working within a busy Warranty team, you will play a key part in making sure warranty claims are processed accurately and on time, giving technicians and service advisors the support they need to deliver great outcomes for customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Processing warranty claims through manufacturer portals, building your knowledge of multiple vehicle brands and their specific requirements
n
- Reviewing job cards for accuracy before submission, so your attention to detail directly reduces rejections and rework
n
- Following up on outstanding claims and credits, keeping the department's revenue cycle moving efficiently
n
- Liaising with service advisors and technicians to gather documentation, putting you at the centre of a collaborative team
n
- Reconciling warranty receivables and identifying discrepancies early, giving you real visibility over the financial health of the department
n
- Keeping up to date with manufacturer warranty policies as they evolve, adding to your expertise over time

About You:

You are organised, methodical, and comfortable working with numbers and systems in a dealership setting.

More about you:

- Previous experience in a warranty, service administration, or automotive dealership role is highly regarded
n
- Confident using dealer management systems,



with the ability to pick up new software quickly
n
- Strong communication skills mean you can work effectively with both workshop staff and manufacturer representatives
n
- A thorough approach to data entry and claim documentation, because accuracy here has a direct impact on the dealership's bottom line

- Able to manage competing deadlines without letting the details slip
