Job Description

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, and functions who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about customer service, event coordination, and marketing.

About the Role

n

Initially Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time 38-hour week based on performance and business requirements.

n

Work closely with the Director and Head Chef, providing daily administrative and operational support.

n

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, with commission opportunities based on event bookings.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage function and corporate event enquiries and bookings.
n
- Coordinate all restaurant reservations
n
- Create and manage daily social media content across Facebook and Instagram.
n
- Assist with digital marketing and website promotions.
n
- Set up and pack down function rooms for corporate events and private functions.
n
- Build and maintain customer databases.
n




- Create and distribute email invitations, reminders, and promotional offers.
n
- Support venue marketing initiatives to increase bookings and customer engagement.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth coordination of events and restaurant operations.
n
- Returning all emails enquires promptly

About You

n

n
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in hospitality, including restaurants and functions.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
- Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
n
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
n
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with management.
n
- Qualified, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
