The Responsibilities

The successful candidate's responsibilities will be to provide legal advice and responding to disputes concerning:

- employment law
n
- industrial relations
n
- WHS law
n
- discrimination law; and
n
- superannuation law
n
n
The Requirements
n
Previous experience in Commonwealth employment practice and a current (or ability to quickly obtain) Practicing Certificate is essential.
n
The successful candidate will be required to undergo additional security checks and have a Baseline Clearance.
