Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Platform Support Analyst to join our Client Support team!

n

You will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope platform.

n

Scope is our sophisticated portfolio reporting, analytics & tax optimisation SaaS solution designed to empower advisers. It provides a consolidated view of client investments across multiple sources to deliver enhanced insights, streamlined reporting and informed client advice.

n

In the role, you'll handle a diverse range of queries balancing phone calls, live chats and email tickets within agreed SLAs.

n

Typical support may involve

n

n
- Educating advisers on navigating the platform, utilising key features and platform capabilities.
n
- Supporting adviser queries relating to Scope's tax reporting capabilities, such as CGT modelling, income projections and historical tax reporting.
n
- Supporting enquiries relating to portfolio data, data feeds and external provider dependencies.
n
- Supporting queries relating to the timing and presentation of investment information from underlying providers into Scope, including asset allocation, trading activity, corporate actions and other investment events.
n
- Explaining reporting output (e.g. differences in expected vs actual portfolio returns) and supporting custom reporting queries.
n
- General account support.

About the Employer

About the Candidate

n

n
- Holds an RG146 or has a strong wealth management background.
n
- Understands investment concepts including trading activity, asset allocation, corporate actions and tax considerations.
n
- Is tech-savvy: comfortable navigating complex financial systems.
n
- Enjoys engaging with clients, troubleshooting and providing guidance on SaaS platform features and functionality.
n
- Has 2-5 years in platforms, investments, super or advice support.
n
- Has previous Praemium platform experience (highly desirable).
n
