Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service and Warranty / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee warranty, and maintenance works across our residential homes throughout Southeast Queensland.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance and warranty works, ensuring all rectification activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

n

This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively manage trades, homeowners, and maintenance schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinate and supervise residential maintenance and warranty works.

n

Liaise with homeowners to assess and resolve maintenance requests.

n

Manage and schedule subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.

n

Conduct inspections and identify rectification requirements.

n

Ensure all works comply with company standards, relevant legislation,



and building codes.

n

Maintain accurate records, reports, and maintenance documentation.

n

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the maintenance process.

n

Monitor and manage maintenance costs and contractor performance.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

Previous experience in residential construction, maintenance, or warranty supervision.

n

Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction methods.

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

n

The ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities.

n

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

n

A high level of organisation and attention to detail.

n

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management systems.

n

A current driver's licence.

n
