Job Description

Seeking Cleaning Team Leads based in Slacks Creek and Nerang QLD, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres - providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope
n
- Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces
n
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows
n
- Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks
n
- Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands‐on support
n




- Act as first contact for on-site queries and **escalate urgent issues**.
n
- Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock
n
- Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Previous cleaning experience
n
- Robust communication skills and ability to lead a small team
n
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
n
- A smartphone for work communication
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- Driver's licence and reliable car (essential)
n
- Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
n
