Greet and engage customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

n

Assist customers with product inquiries, service plans, and technical support as issues arise.

n

Promote and sell a variety of telecommunications products, including mobile devices, internet plans, and accessories.

n

Educate customers on current products, promotions, and services to enhance their experience.

n

Process sales transactions, handle customer accounts, and troubleshoot service-related concerns.

n

Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor offerings.

Ensure the store remains organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest products.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

n

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.

n

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

n

Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and connectivity solutions.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
