What You'll Be Doing

n

Observing court-ordered contact visits between children and their parents at home or in the community

n

Maintaining a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment

n

Managing complex and sometimes challenging behaviours with professionalism

n

Writing clear, factual, court-quality reports after every visit

n

Accurately documenting observations without bias

n

We are looking for individuals who are:

Mature, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent

n

Strong communicators: clear, calm, and professional at all times

n

Highly reliable and able to follow structured processes

n

Confident in managing difficult situations and setting boundaries

n

Skilled in writing skilled, objective reports

n

Accountable,



punctual, and consistent

n

Mandatory Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These Criteria!)

n

MUST be available EVERY weekend

n

MUST be available weekdays after 3:00pm

n

MUST commit to work a Minimum of 25 hours per week

n

MUST complete reports after each contact session (no exceptions)

n

Qualification or current study in:

n

- Social Work
n
- Community Services
n
- Childcare / Early Childhood
n
- Or other child-related field
n

Valid and Clear Working With Children Check (WWCC)

n

Current and Clear Police Check

n

First Aid Certificate

n

Full driver's licence with a clean driving record

n

Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to client locations across Sydney

n

Reliable computer + phone and access to the internet

n

DO NOT APPLY if you do not like writing and your English is poor, as you will have to complete lengthy qualified reports after every session.

n

It's NOT "I'll try it and see" position. This is a serious role that requires commitment and accountability, so be respectful of your time and ours.
