The Role You'll manage a tidy,



systemised residential portfolio with excellent backend support, allowing you to focus on quality service rather than volume.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- End-to-end management of approximately 120 residential properties
n
- Coordinating maintenance, lease renewals, and rent reviews
n
- Completing entry and exit condition reports as required
n
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
n
- Working autonomously while being fully supported by established processes and systems
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management
n
- Confident working independently and managing your own portfolio
n
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
n
- Valid driver's licence
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
