Job Description

Pegasus Community Care in Kings Park, NSW, is seeking a Rostering Team Leader to guide the Workforce and Allocations team and ensure effective rostering for a 24/7 service.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience in rostering, staff development, and managing complex scheduling while maintaining high client service and compliance.

n

The position is based in Kings Park and involves occasional weekend work and an after-hours on-call roster.
