A Day in the Life of a Ship Agent:

n

- As a Ship's Agent, your responsibilities include coordinating all types of vessel operations including cruise ships, from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures in collaboration with all Port Stakeholders.
n
- You will work independently and as part of a cohesive team, ensuring smooth port calls and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
n
- Your role involves continuous learning about business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory updates to stay informed and effective in your duties.
n
- Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion.
n

Who You Are:

- You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for achieving excellence.
n
- While prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to learn and succeed.
n
- Attention to detail,



administrative proficiency, and a good grasp of computer skills are essential.
n
- You thrive under pressure, meet deadlines effectively, and approach challenges as opportunities for growth.
n
- Safety, compliance, and wellness are paramount to you and your team's success.

- You must possess a valid Australian work permit, driver's license, and driving experience, along with eligibility for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
