About the role

n

As a Service Controller, you'll keep our Distribution Centre workshop running efficiently by coordinating servicing, repairs, and equipment flow.

n

You will:

n

n
- Create and manage service jobs for repairs and preventative maintenance
n
- Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing to minimise downtime
n
- Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and cost allocations
n
- Order parts and ensure essential workshop supplies are always available
n
- Monitor and update service requirements using internal systems (e.g. Baseplan)
n
- Support the smooth movement of equipment through the workshop
n
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations on track
n
- Assist with site-based servicing and repairs when required
n
- Support safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standards
n

About You

n

You're someone who enjoys supporting a team and takes ownership of getting things done properly.

n

You'll bring:

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
- Confidence using systems and computers for job tracking, records, and communication
n
- A high level of attention to detail when managing service records and costs
n




- The ability to work independently while staying connected to the wider team

- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
- A safety-first mindset and willingness to speak up when something's not right
n

Experience in workshop administration, service coordination, or a similar operational role will set you up well-but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
