Job Description

Ivy Rehab Network, Inc. seeks entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup outpatient clinic with equity ownership. You will shape clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, supported by Ivy Rehab's nationwide resources.

You'll train in leadership, recruiting, operations, and community outreach before launch, working with experienced leaders who have opened 400+ clinics. Compensation includes salary, bonus potential, and true equity ownership.
