We hold a flagship tenancy in the premium precinct of Westfield Fountain. Situated right at the entrance of Myer with a total of 50 seats, François Fountain Gate is an extremely popular store with retailers and shoppers alike.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to lead the team and all venue operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader, who has a proven ability to run an operation effectively and also work alongside the owners to implement strategies as we continue on our growth journey.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A hospitality leader with 2+ years in senior leadership
n




- Exceptional barista skills
n
- Proven experience in leading a team to success
n
- Confident communicator with solid leadership presence
n
- High standards in quality, consistency and presentation
n
- Experience in front of house management, menu development, compliance and cost control
n
- Predominantly daytime hours, weekend availability essential
n
- Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
n
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience with latte art proficiency required
n
