Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland's BlueCare division is seeking a Home Services Lead to drive the day-to-day delivery of food services, cleaning and laundry in home environments. You will lead a team, oversee rostering and operations, and ensure consistently high standards of care, safety, and customer experience.

The role demands hands-on leadership, robust knowledge of food safety, infection control and service standards, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
