Blenners Transport is seeking a professional and organised Transport Administrator to join our team at our Townsville Depot.

n

The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport setting, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‐paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Process driver paperwork, timesheets, logbooks, and PODs accurately and on time.
n
- Enter and manage freight jobs, manifests, and customer information.
n
- Scan, file, and distribute documentation to support daily operations.
n
- Greet drivers, answer phone calls, and provide customer service support.
n
- Complete daily freight and pricing checks to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
n
- Provide general administrative support to the Depot Manager and team.
n

Role Requirements

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
n
- Highly motivated professional with a positive, proactive "can do" attitude.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong written correspondence abilities.
n
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
n
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
