About the Role

Based at our Carrum Downs office, this is a rare opportunity for a motivated, established sales professional to build on a strong platform, grow their own client base, and take on a genuine leadership role within a respected and growing agency. You'll bring drive, market knowledge and a sharp commercial instinct to every listing, negotiation and client relationship.

This role may also suit an experienced residential sales agent looking to transition into commercial property and reclaim their weekends without stepping back on career growth.

Key Responsibilities
n
Prospect for new business opportunities and listings
n
Conduct property appraisals and market assessments
n
Negotiate sales and leasing transactions
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
n
Mentor and support junior team members
n
What You Bring
n
Proven experience in commercial sales and leasing (or a strong residential sales background ready to make the move)
n
Strong prospecting and business development track record
n
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
n
Sound knowledge of the commercial property market
n
Highly organised with strong time management skills
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent)
n
Current driver's licence and own vehicle
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
A self-motivated, team-oriented approach with a robust work ethic
n
