Help People Move Better. Build a Career You'll Enjoy.

We're a small team that values collaboration over competition. Every team member has a voice and contributes to the direction of the clinic.
n
Outside the clinic, we enjoy quarterly social events and team activities because we believe strong teams are built both inside and outside of work.

n
If you'd like continued mentoring after the initial 12 weeks, we're happy to keep supporting your development.
n
Our goal is to help you become a confident, independent clinician—not simply leave you to figure things out alone.
n
A Different Employment Model
n
We believe clinicians should be rewarded when they help grow the practice.
n
n
- Permanent part time employment (15–20 hours/week)
n
- Stable income and employment benefits

- Opportunity to earn contractor-style commission on hours worked beyond your contracted part-time hours at a 50/50 percentage base with progression to 60/40 percentages. This enables full time incomes to exceed 150k for those who wish to challenge themselves.
n

n
- This means you receive the security of employment while being rewarded for building your caseload.
