The Opportunity: Assistant Director

n

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
n
- Location: Bellbowrie
n
- Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
n
- Compensation: Up to $41 per hour + super
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Support the Centre Director with daily operations and leadership
n
- Contribute to and lead aspects of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
n
- Support compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and Regulations
n
- Mentor and support educators across the service
n
- Promote a positive, reflective and collaborative team culture
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families and staff
n

We would love you to have:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
n
- Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
n
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
n
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
n
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
n
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
- A current Qld Blue Card
n
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and positive nutrition for our children
