SOUTHST is on the move – and we want someone who wants to move with us. We're a Melbourne-born apparel brand with a fiercely loyal community (shoutout SST Society), a growing retail footprint, thousands of five-star reviews, and serious momentum. Now we're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to take the reins on our entire marketing world and help us go even bigger.

This isn't a "manage the calendar and wait for approval" role. You'll own marketing end to end – digital, offline, PR, brand, the lot — with real creative freedom and real impact on a brand that's actually growing. Expect variety, pace, and the kind of role where your fingerprints are on everything from a viral TikTok to a headline PR moment to an in-store activation. And yes – there'll be opportunities to travel as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Owning the marketing strategy and calendar across every channel – paid, organic, email, social, and PR.

- Briefing and managing content creators, photographers, and agencies to keep our content fresh and unmistakably SOUTHST.

- Driving PR outreach and building media relationships that get us noticed.

- Dreaming up and running offline marketing – events, pop-ups, partnerships – that bring the brand to life in person.
n
- Managing paid media and CRM/email to keep performance sharp.
n
- Reporting on what's working (and doubling down on it).
n
- Owning the budget and the relationships with our external partners and agencies.

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3–5+ years in a marketing role, ideally fashion, apparel or DTC ecommerce.
n
- Someone who's just as comfortable running a paid campaign as they are pitching a journalist or planning a pop-up.
n
- Real PR instincts and media relationships – or the hustle to build them quick.
n
- Confidence owning a budget and managing agencies/freelancers.
n
- A genuine love for the SOUTHST brand and customer – this only works if you actually get it.
