Salary: Circa $100,000 + Super

Oversee clinical education across a portfolio of residential aged care homes throughout Sydney

Reporting Structure: Chief People & Culture → Clinical Education Lead

Lead and deliver clinical training, education programs and competency development across multiple sites

The Opportunity

n

As the Clinical Education Lead, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering engaging clinical education programs that support best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Working closely with operational and clinical leaders, you'll help develop the capability and confidence of nursing teams while promoting a culture of learning, accountability and clinical excellence.

About You

n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Previous experience in a Clinical Education, Clinical Nurse Educator or Learning & Development role within aged care.
n
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing clinical teams.
n
- Solid knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance and compliance.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence positive clinical outcomes across multiple sites.
