About the role
n
As Infection Prevention & Control Manager, you will lead TLC Healthcare's organisation-wide IPC program, driving best practice in infection prevention, surveillance, outbreak management and clinical governance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead TLC's organisation-wide Infection Prevention & Control Program
n
- Drive IPC strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Lead outbreak preparedness and response across the organisation
n
- Strengthen surveillance, reporting and antimicrobial stewardship programs
n
- Build capability through education, coaching and stakeholder engagementPartner with Executive leaders to enhance quality, safety and compliance outcomes
n
n
What you'll bring
n
You are an experienced IPC leader with strong clinical expertise, strategic insight and stakeholder influence, driven to improve quality, safety and care outcomes.
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience in infection prevention and control
n
- Experience in outbreak management, surveillance and clinical governance
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
- Experience in aged care or healthcare
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
n
