The Role

We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a desk within the Government sector, building and developing strong client and candidate relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work across existing panel clients while also growing your own network and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment delivery across contract and permanent roles
n




- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
n
- Develop and manage client relationships (existing + new)
n
- Lead contract negotiations and offer management
n
- Contribute to tender responses and panel engagements
n
- Represent Unearth Talent at industry and networking events
n

n

About You

n

n
- 1–5+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
n
- Robust understanding of the Canberra market
n
- Experience working in Government recruitment or labour hire
n
- Outcomes focused
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
