We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills and Estates Paralegal to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

n

You will:

n

n
- Take instructions from clients and prepare simple through to moderately complex wills.
n
- Manage and administer estates through the probate process, working with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to ensure proper distribution of assets.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and understood throughout their matter.
n
- Assist as needed with reception and answering telephone calls.
n

The experience we are looking for

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience as a paralegal.
n
- Experience managing and administering estates through the probate process.
n
- Experience taking instructions and drafting wills. This is highly desirable, though not essential. For the right candidate, this can be learnt on the job with mentoring from an experienced solicitor.
n
- The ability to work autonomously, managing one's own files.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and trust.
n
