About the Role

n

We're looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join a growing team. This is an inbound-heavy role (70-80% of your leads come to you) where your job is to qualify opportunities, add value, and set the wheels in motion for the Field Sales team to close the deal.

n

You'll be the first port of call for a huge, largely untapped market of independent schools who haven't been contacted yet - so there's a real "get in first" opportunity here for the right person. When you're not handling inbound traffic you'll be proactively building relationships with existing clients.

What you'll be doing:

- Handling a solid flow of inbound leads and turning them into qualified opportunities
n




- Building relationships and pipeline from the ground up
n
- Setting up site visits and meetings for the Field Sales team
n
- Working closely (think: buddy system) with your Field Sales partner, who leads on strategy
n
- Finding the need behind every enquiry and showing the customer the value of saying yes
n

What We're Looking For:

- Someone who's happy to work hard and put their head down - this isn't a role for coasting
n
- A bit of energy and personality - we want someone who brings the buzz and helps brighten up the office
n
- Someone who sees this as more than "just a job" - a genuine stepping stone in a sales career
n
- Comfortable being office-based, working alongside a close-knit, hard-working team 3 days a week
n
- Some experience of an inside sales role is going to really help.
