THE POSITION: HYUNDAI SALES CONSULTANT

n

In your position, your day will consist of:

n

Promoting the Dealerships range of vehicles to potential new vehicle customers.

n

Maximise sales opportunities from showroom, telephone, online enquiry & referrals.

n

Managing an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests.

n

Maintain excellent knowledge of theHyundai product.

n

Providing exceptional customer service.

n

Liaise with dedicated administrative support & stock control staff.

n

Ability to profile a customer's needs and requirements,



have OUTSTANDING customer service & communication skills.

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

A current & valid driver's license.

n

Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow process.

n

Computer proficiency in basic office tools (Email, Excel, word etc.)

n

Qualified, well presented and punctual.

n

Sales experience and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential to this role. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain their licence in motor sales (on the job training).
