Previous Commercial Joinery experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

n

As a Project Manager at One Stop Joinery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects throughout South East Queensland. Your responsibilities will include:

n

Managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule and risk management.

n

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

n

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

n

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.

n

Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.

n





Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

n

Present management with weekly project status updates.

n

Skills & Experience:

n

Trade certificate (preferably in cabinet making or shopfitting).

n

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial joinery/cabinet making industry.

n

Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.

n

Extensive experience in managing budgets for large construction projects.

n

Sound knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.

n

Ability to work autonomously while being supported by a highly experienced team.

n

Have a thorough understanding of and can apply industry standards, risk management & hazard identification processes.

n
