They are seeking an experienced Boning Room Manager to lead a key production area at their Moe, VIC processing facility. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Boning Room.
n
- Drive performance across safety, quality, yield and productivity.
n
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
n
- Ensure food safety, quality and WHS compliance.
n
- Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise performance.
n
- Manage departmental reporting,
resources and budgets.

THE REQUIREMENTS

You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a passion for developing people and delivering operational excellence. You'll also bring:

- Extensive experience in meat processing, including Boning Room operations.
n
- Proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
n
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems and workplace health and safety.
n
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change.
n
- Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills.
n
- Relevant industry or leadership qualifications (desirable).
