The role combines business development and case management, connecting candidates with employers to create meaningful job opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Network and build robust relationships with employers and stakeholders
n
- Speaking with local businesses and companies to create job opportunities for candidates
n
- Developing skills in candidate assessment and case management, upskilling, resume preparation and job matching
n




- Managing a structured daily workflow to stay organised and accountable
n
