Scientific Documentation & Project Administrator

Your New Role:
n
We are seekinga part-time Technical Writer& Project Administratorto support arange of scientificand engineering capital projects.
n
Working closely withscientists, engineers,technicians and projectmanagers, you willdevelop technical documentationby translating complex information intoclear and accuratedocuments, supporting quality, regulatory, complianceand project deliveryrequirements. You will alsoprovide administrativesupportacross multipleprojects, helping coordinateactivities, maintain projectrecords and supportsuccessful project delivery.

This role isideal for someonewith a STEM background who enjoysunderstanding how thingswork, communicating withtechnical experts andtransforming complex informationinto clear documentation.
n
You will:
n
Engage with technical specialists and project teams to understand project requirements and develop clear, accurate documentation
n
Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support regulatory reviews, quality and compliance requirements
n
Provide project administrationsupport across scientificand engineering projects, including coordination, tracking and maintainingproject information
n
Assist with documentcontrol, reporting andensuring project recordsare organised, accurate and accessible
n
Your Background:
n
Tertiary qualification ina STEM discipline, or currently studyingtowards one
n
Exceptional written andverbal communication skills
n
Experience in technicalwriting, documentation, or project supportis desirable
n
Ability to understandtechnical concepts andcommunicate informationclearly
n
Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders across a range of disciplines
n
Strong attention todetail and abilityto manage multiplepriorities
n
