An exciting new Pharmacy Technician position is available at Ramsay Pharmacy Greenslopes Private Hospital. This is a full-time position.

As the Dispensary Technician, you will be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers.

- Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication.
n
- Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary.
n
- Supply of requested medicines to patients in an efficient, accurate, professional, and expedient manner.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Previous working experience in dispensing medications is an advantage.
n
- Certificate II/III in Community or Hospital Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are considered an asset.
n
- Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
n
- Knowledge of the PBS system
n
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
n
