Your Role:

Be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients warmly and professionally

Manage bookings, recalls, and patient communications

Handle payments, health fund claims, and treatment plan coordination

Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 3 year's of experience in the dental industry

n

Familiarity with dental practice software D4W is preferred

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
