We are a growing wholesale hair and beauty company looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused person to join our team.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone with hairdressing experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role

n

You'll be the friendly voice and face at our Canberra store, supporting our hair and beauty customers with orders, product enquiries, and day-to-day assistance. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
n
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
n
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
n
- Merchandising, monitoring stock and ordering
n
- Contributing to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture
n

What We're Looking For

- Hairdressing experience
n




- Previous customer service experience
n
- A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry
n
- Excellent communication and people skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment

- Team player with a great sense of humour
