About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
- At least two years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Experiencementoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
- Passionate about stakeholder management and pride yourself on effective communication skills
The Role
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors & Social Workers providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
- Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
