Job Description

Wintringham is seeking a versatile HHS Support/Case Worker at Delahey Independent Living to support older people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. You will provide person-centred case management, advocacy, and service coordination to help clients maintain tenancies, access housing, health, CHSP, NDIS, and related supports, in line with our social justice values.
